Copyright

All content on Camp ARL, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Camp ARL and protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Database as Trade Secret

Our database of 100+ day camps, including registration dates, deadlines, contact information, program details, and our proprietary categorization and organization system, represents significant original research and is protected as a trade secret and copyrighted compilation.

While individual camp facts (names, addresses, dates) may be publicly available elsewhere, our specific collection, selection, arrangement, and presentation is proprietary to Camp ARL.

Permitted Use

You may:

• Browse and search camps for personal, non-commercial use
• Save individual camps to your account (if offered)
• Share individual camp links with friends and family

You may NOT:

• Download, export, or copy our complete database or substantial portions thereof
• Use our data to create a competing directory or service
• Republish our camp information on other platforms

Enforcement

Limitation Period:

You agree that any claim arising from your use of Camp ARL must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it will be permanently barred.
